The most powerful rituals are simple but meaningful!
Set the environment in a similar way to the new moon ritual. Think about all senses and what would satisfy them to feel like the space is sacred and contained. Think sight/lighting, sound, smell, touch.
Take a moment to be in silence – this could be through meditation or breathwork. Take a few moments to bring yourself into a place that is calm and present.
What has not worked for you in the past weeks? This could be in relation to intentions that you’ve previously set or simply anything that is not working or not in alignment with how you wish you think, act, feel and behave.
Write down the things that have been going well for you over the last phase.
Write down the things that are obstacles on your way.
Read the obstacles you wrote and find a way to physically release them. It could be tearing up the piece of paper or burning them over a flame. It could also be burying them in the earth or flushing them in the toilet.
Take a look at the list of things that have been going really well for you and take some time to AMPLIFY the emotions, actions and thoughts that support or are in alignment with this intention. This amplification process for me always includes CREATIVITY and/or CELEBRATION.
Re-write your goals/intentions.
Put on your favourite music and dance widly with the energy and potential of the intention you wish to create. Fully feel the realization of this intention as you dance and celebrate – amplifying the feeling. If possible – dance outside under the full moon!
Draw, write poetry or create a smudge stick to use at the next new moon.
Again make sure to close the ritual. End the space either through changing the environment or simply lying down on your back or sitting in a closing meditation.
Take some moments to offer gratitude for the natural world and the energy it brings.
Thank this energy for empowering your path.
